MCP 26.27
APPLICATION
Hello, dear leader!

If you are reading this page right now, it already means something important: you care. You care enough to dream, to doubt, to question, to imagine — and to think about stepping into the biggest leadership experience AIESEC in Russia can offer.

I won’t tell you that the MCP experience is easy — it isn’t. It will challenge your beliefs, your limits, and your leadership every single day. But it will also give you the rarest thing AIESEC can give — the chance to shape a whole country of young leaders and to stand for what you believe is right.

You don’t have to feel “ready” to apply. You just need to care enough to step forward — even with doubts, even with fear, even without all the answers. MCP is not about perfection. It’s about taking responsibility for the future and choosing to lead anyway.

If something inside you feels excited right now — even a little — listen to it. Put your vision, your belief and your love for this entity into this application. Show us the AIESEC in Russia you want to build.

I believe the next MCP is somewhere on these pages right now.

Your MCP,

Alyona Yuryeva 25.26
