If you have opened this application, it means that you are not indifferent to the further destiny of AIESEC in Russia. What team will lead our organization forward in the next term? What if you become part of this team? What emotions and thoughts do you have now?

There is so much more to be achieved as AIESEC in Russia, to truly be AIESEC for Unbelievable Russia, and I am sure that if you are passionate about that, you should try. I have a great desire to impact our entity with my team, who will become a part of a huge history and contribute to the world and Universe!

AIESEC was started by 7 passionate, young individuals, and arguably its essence will always remain the same: a group of young people striving for peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential, because they believe in it. Conference Facilitation
Developing session outlines and delivering functional content related to a specific department and general AIESEC in Russia trends
Agenda management
1.Overall responsible for the conference agenda
2. Define with MC team the conference objectives
3. Gather inputs from MC team (especially MC VP TM and MC VP OD) for sessions of the Conference and consulting the LCs on these matters
4. Follow up on the Track managers in coordination the FACI (meetings, session outlines)
Conference Management
1. Coordinate between MC, Chair, Faci and CC
2. Support the CC in building the conference 3. The MC link with the CC
4. Coordinate with CC on the logistical needs
5. FACI selection (application process, interview, selection)
6. Tracking of Agenda Manager
7. Choosing with the MC a proper chair for the conference
8. Building up the conference timeline and ensure follow-up
9. Gathering and compiling conference output and ensuring
Information management

General Profile

1. Strategic and analytical thinking: being able to understand the bigger picture and not getting lost in details while delivering.

Knowledge & Experience

1. English proficiency: being able to communicate and negotiate in English on advance level. (Russian language skills are considered an advantage especially for roles like F&L, BD, MKT)
2. Having knowledge of the current state and history of AIESEC in Russia; basic knowledge of national level activities.
3. Functional overview and experience (basic) in all area; knowing the certain functional area, and having practical experience in the area.
4. Proven ability to work in a team and individually as needed.
5. Confident understanding of finance (income and expense items, how the LC and MC are financially related)
6. Knowledge of team and MC standards
7. Public speaking and agenda creating skills
8. Working with tools / instruments

Work schedule

From Monday to Friday the official working day starts at 10:00 and ends at 18:00.

Be aware that Russia have a lot time zones and many calls with LC's will be possible to held only after 18:00.

Saturday and Sunday is official weekends. Be aware that Team activities and conferences may held at the weekends and will require full attendance.
Holidays/day off

Official Russian holidays are weekends. (If there are no national touchpoints)
In case you need to take additional day off or go to your home city you need to warn MCP earlier and delegate your functional work to another MC member. (no more than 2 days in a row)
Sick leave is granted for a maximum of 7 days (you need to find your replacement).

MC Office & city

Currently MC team in a search for the new office.

In case of founding office or co-working it is necessary to work there in work days.
MC Salary

MC members will receive a monthly compensation for living expenses of 18 000 RUB (It's enough to cover basic costs (food, transport)
There will be no salary for the transition month, so candidates are required to have some savings to last them until they get their first half of the salary around the 20th of August (20th July if you start work fully earlier).
Accommodation will be provided at the MC flat during transition.
Term

Your online transition will start from the moment you are elected, after that be ready to share your JD with current MC member for practical experience.
The elected MC team will be required to start physical transition from the 22th of June 2021. After one month and one week of physical transition, the MC elect team will take over responsibility on 1st August 2020. All the MC applicants must be available to continue their JD physically until the 31st of July.

eMC members will need to be on the RusCo conference in April (dates will be known later).
Accomodation

The city of residence has not yet been precisely determined, be ready to move. The term will most likely begin in St. Petersburg.
Accommodation in MC flat is covered.
Be aware that it is needed to share a room with someone. Before you apply, be sure you agree with this scenario.

The MCPe and MC VPes will discuss where to allocate the MC members.
Who can apply?

Any active AIESEC member with completed EB or MC experience from any national or local committee in the world can apply for the MC position in AIESEC in Russia.
For internationals

According to the compendium, international profiles are able to apply for all the MC VP roles. However, not all the internationals may
be able to obtain the visa necessary to legally fulfill the position. Please
check all the documents that you have to summit to be in Russia legally.
In case of an international MC member, the cost of flight ticket to Russia, VISA and Work Permit is not covered by the MC of AIESEC in Russia.

    Describing who you are, why you want to be part of the MC Team 21|22 and why you are the correct profile to lead the Russian entity. Please make the link easily accessible to everyone via a Youtube. Keep it between 2 and 4 minutes.

  • 4 Endorsement letters
    1. Someone who lead you.
    2. A person/team you lead inside of AIESEC.

    Endorsement letter cannot be written by current MC VP of AIESEC in Russia
  • Other documents (for internationals)
    1. A valid copy of passport (scanned)
    2. A letter proving that you are enrolled in a university, which states that working for the Member Committee of AIESEC in Russia will be an integral part of your studies and is needed to complete your degree. This document has to be officially approved by the university. The document needs to be either in English or Russian.
